    Challengers with front bumper guards from 70-72 had the rears with the rubber inserts to match the optional front bumper guard.  Cudas had a solid chrome front bumper guard 70-72 so the rears remained solid to match.  99.9 % sure no rear rubber bumper guards.

    Ok, that is what I thought, how about anyone posting some pictures of a M83 (Rear guards without cushions) equipped car.
