    383 Performance Specs- How do these sound?

    OK, if you remember I had asked Chryco what I should do to up the performance of my stock 383 in my 1969 Dodge Charger.  The car has a 727 with a shift kit and 3.91 gears.  It already has headers and will be getting new main bearings, oil pump, timing chain and possibly ported and poliched heads.

    Now for the specs,

    I'm not sure if the Street Dominator manifold is the best out there today.  Perhaps it is worth looking at the MP or Edelbrock manifolds.

    Thats very similiar to what i want to do!  I just got a street dom off of ebay, you will find that the new ones at summit or jegs are for the 440 blocks.

    Look in the "ebay deals" sub folder, i posted a link to a M1 single plane thats got 2 days left and is only at 100$ bucks .  If you want the M1 that is.

    you should be able to get a better price on the converter , that price is too high
     The Street Dom is the best intake to use & relatively cheap also
     not a fan of the Eddys carbs if you are going to get an Eddy at least get 1 of the Thunder series that is adjustable

     I'd go for a Holley 750 Double pumper myself. I had a Street Dominator on my old 383 and it worked great!!!
