Valve lash on 340 t/a engine

Does anyone have the correct settings on intake and exhaust valve lash settings? Also is it done cold or hot on these engines?

if it has a hydraulic cam you need to eliminate the lash & then tighten the adjuster 1/2 turn
 if the engine has a solid cam there would be a spec provided by the cam manufacturer on what the lash should be
