Can someone help me i.D. this front valance ( year ) and what piece is the one cicrled

I was all set to say a 72-74 Challenger judging by the outer trim piece... than I saw what you had circled. I have to say you got me there. I have never seen that inner trim thingie.

I just checked the grill on my '72 and that circled part looks like the bottom lip of the plastic grill.  You won't see it on most pictures because I think that it is hidden by the front bumper unless you get down low enough.
