I had a '64 426 max wedge back in the early '80's . The ports were square in shape very much like the Hemi's ports are. I wasn't aware that there was a 440 max wedge. Probably max wedge heads transplanted onto a 440? ? ? If so you should go into the chrysler archives and look up port sizes for the 426 max wedge.
