I was offered a 70 hemi lime green 4peed challenger conv for $10,000 in 1979 lots of money then for a 10 year old car but who new there were only 9 made? it has been restored ,all origonal sheetmetal in N.J. and as far as i know is in england.Top that one for getting away!

How about red on red 70 hemicuda ragtop with auto trans....$6300 in 79, it was a clean driver. Looked at it and passed as it might have well been $63,000 since all i had was 3K to spend. I remember back then ragtops were worth LESS than hardtops.

Boy you guys are OLD!!! I do remember my Dad buying a '70 Judge for $500.00 and it was Nice!!!My Mom made him sell it because he kept getting tickets, and he sold it for $500.00!!!

Gramps still has a 57 300C convertible, hemi powerd, black, in perfect origonal condition, he paid 1500$ I think, and it is worth over 200,000$ now.
He bought it in 74

NADA lists it at about $87K.
