Good to see your doing well!  I'm sure it's good to be home!

Make sure you don't get constipated taking perocet!  (Not joking!)  It tends to slow down the GI tract so everything starts to "back up".
Also since you're not as active for now this will add to the problem.  Make sure you drink lots of water and may need Colace to loosen up things a bit if the process starts slowing down!  Prunes/prune juice is helpful too!
So does lots of orange juice and some breathmints. (blue smint has a warning on the back "warning; excess consumption may have laxative effect", trust me, their not lying)

andrew, you just brought back a memory from about 20+ years ago.  I remember eating a whole roll of breathmints, just thought they were like regular mints, and had to hit the bathroom like 7-8 times when I was at the mall.  Not a pleasant situation.....

So Torred, are they going to require you to go to Physical Therapy?

No more PT for me thankfully,it already cost me enough money when I went months ago.In a few weeks my doc will put me back on an exercise program that I can do at home to strenghten my back and stomach muscles so hopefully I won`t have to go through this again.

Good to hear of the positive progress Torred, now just be patient and don't mess up what the good doc has done for ya,lol. That exercise will be most important for your back, especially now.
