What is the best Chome and/or aluminum cleaner That you have used?

Mother's makes a good polish in a little red and white can. You can use it on all metal.

I've had really good luck with Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish and for wads, Nevrdull works quite well.  I used to always use Nevrdull because of the great results I had with it, but for lighter buffing jobs Mother's is the man!  (Autosol is also a great chrome polish, too.  It just gets a little pricey if you ask me.)
