Send the parts back to Year One if they're damaged.  Shipping there sucks for sure!!  As for the smileys . . . they are currently under construction.  Coming Soon!

Yip, like 4C said ship them back ASAP.

I received my door panels and 1 of the 4 had some nicks and marks and the clip piece near the floor had broken completely off.
I emailed Year One (My International Managers) told them, took photos and I am now getting replacement panels sent at no cost
I keep the damaged one so I don't need to ship back (probably because I took photos).

They are good like that. I also sent back my B5 Blue Dash, Carpet and seat covers I had had in a shed for about 12-14 months using RA numbers for each. I sent them slow post and they arrived a few months later and I got a full refund on my goods.

Cheers,
Carl

Did you check the advert out? Does it say anywhere on the description about it being sent in half? :-(

I would not think that you should have to straighten them out Thats crazy. So if you buy a carburator they send it to you in pieces?
