good Firebird page???
« on: October 17, 2005 - 06:39:24 PM »
I have a pair of 70 Firebird bucket seats and would like to know where (besides EBay) the old Firebird motorheads hang out on the internet- I want to try and sell them. Anybody know? Thanks.

Pictures of the seats. They are in pretty good shape and include the adjustiable headrests and seatbacks. Not brand new, but in good condition- no tears or anything and the headrests look perfect. I bought my Hemicuda 10 years ago, and these seats were in there!!! Go figure!!  They were taken out and $ 1,000 later I got correct Cuda front seat cores redone with new Legendary covers, so the seats have been in my dry basement for about 10 years. Year One sells covers for these seats, but they really don't need it!

These are the deluxe vinyl weave seats for 1970 only and may fit in an older one, but are not correct.

We have a nice set of originals, but she wants either high backs or headrests.  I'm trying to get her to at least keep Firebird seats in it.  Although, I like original E & B-body seats, I think I'm the only one.

The headrests are adjustable. The pix show the highest extension.

A real nice site I like to check out is  www.transamcountry.com  They're real nice people.
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
