Hi i am new to Mopars and i was wonder what would it take (cost and parts) to get a 440 to make 600 N/A flywheel horsepower?

there are a lot of options that can drastically affect the price , generally expect to spend 25% more than Gm parts but there are a lot less parts to buy as a llot of the factory Mopar stuff is plenty strong & will not need to be upgraded

Well what would need be up graded heads what else? And what kinda money are we talking for that power? 3grand or like 7 grand?

Any more info? What about using stock heads to get there like some 906s or 915s

I spec'ed out a 440 out the PAW catalog for around 8  grand.  That's their 440 short block kit, edelbrock heads and intake, and all the oher parts needed  to put it together.  Ran it on a friend's engine sim and it made just over 600 flywheel hp.  My only problem is the 8 grand, or lack of!

well an engine is an air pump so improving heads , Cam , intake , carb , exhaust all helps with more power anything to do with air flow in & out
