    New Challenger Prototype at Carlisle 2006?

     :o Does any body know if the 2006 Challenger prototype car is going to be displayed at the show this year.  Advertising for the show from various sources have mentioned prototype cars from Chrysler/Dodge being there.  I was greatly dissapointed when the  2006 Challenger was not at the Motor Trend International Auto Show in Baltimore.  The show boasted of having prototypes there as well.

    What's the poop?

    It wasn't at the Baltimore show??? Wow, I'm glad I didn't go then. I'm hoping it will be at Carlisle, but I haven't seen word yet. It would be hard to believe it wouldn't given that it is such a big show.

    I sure hope it is, it would actually be pretty dumb arse not to have it there, if not there perhaps at the Nats. the following month? It should be at both shows. But again the original Charger proto was at these shows too.................?

     :woo:That is some great news.  I can't wait to see it.  I have a friend in a dealership who said a long time ago that not making this car at this time would be a huge blunder.

     I saw it in person in Detroit. Only 10 hours away from St. Louis., A little longer to Carlisle. I should go up there and party with you guys but all my Vac is used up for the Power Tour this year. Maybe next year I'll drive over. Do any of you East Coasters ever get to Monster Mopar Weekend in St. Louis in September?

     :woohoo:I just received my June issue of Hemmings Muscle Machines and an ad in the back of the magazine for Carlisle said the prototype will be there. :clapping:
