My car was nearly identical to that one when the 80+ year old original owner let loose of it in 2001 for only $3,000!!!!!!!!! Only mine was in a basement. It was a blue/blue 318 Gran Coupe. Yes, that lady will let it go. Just offer her a fair amount and she will think you are an idiot for paying so much, yet she will hand over the keys! Little does she know, you BOTH just got a great deal. Money talks... our sentiments all have a price tag.

Blue, I'd definitely show up with a fair amount of money to save that Barracuda.  Then again, I know how hard it is to get these cars away from some people as there's a '70 RT/SE sitting back home near me for at least 6-7 years now and all the owner says is he'll plan on fixing it up later.
1973 Dodge Challenger......................The ongoing project. (00/----\00)
1991 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin-Turbo....The sunny day cruiser (RTBoost)
1990 Toyota Celica GT Liftback...........The new daily & winter driver.
All-American Muscle: 'Cudas and Challengers...Still the Elite and always will be.
