Anyone ever experiment with old rock songs played backwards?
« on: November 07, 2005 - 10:49:50 PM »
I was told of a site with several songs that when played backwards, had some weird phrases clearly stated.  (Like "Hit Me Baby One More Time" into "Sleep with me, I'm not too young".)  I actually started my own little search to ensure they weren't added in and they definitely were the same songs.  Here's a link if you want to hear some of the weird sayings: http://jeffmilner.com/backmasking.htm
1973 Dodge Challenger......................The ongoing project. (00/----\00)
1991 Dodge Stealth R/T Twin-Turbo....The sunny day cruiser (RTBoost)
1990 Toyota Celica GT Liftback...........The new daily & winter driver.
All-American Muscle: 'Cudas and Challengers...Still the Elite and always will be.

And did you know that Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, if you start it on the third roar of the MGM Lion at the beginning of the Wizard of Oz, matches up...

Never mind. (Insert Grinning Smiley)

Speaking of Pink Floyd, the song Empty Spaces on The Wall has a little backmasking in it. I can't remember what it all says, but it starts out: "Hello, this is Roger Waters" There is more, but it was never finished. It sounded like he was interrupted midway, and never finished it.

Is something said backwards at the beginning of "Rock of Ages" (Def Leppard)?
