Sorry to hear of your troubles!

Getting stuff sent is scary!  I remember when I received my Go Wing that I got off Ebay, I was holding it and the end of the box was flopping around.  Sure enough the end 2 foot section was flopping around and cracked off.  Did UPS use this for a bat or something I thought?  Had to do some creative glueing and the guy gave me a partial refund.

Hope you get a refund and hope you find your glass!

Now all of you know that it is NEVER UPS's fault when a package gets broken......it is ALWAYS the packing.  At least that is what UPS tells me.

Sorry, off topic.

True, the packaging is definately important but I've had my share of mangled boxes from them.

I started taking pictures of the deliveries as when my son's formula got delivered that looked messed up, some of which crushed enough to make the containers inside break open, spilling the contents inside.

I checked with them thru an e-mail request and they said yes they have it in stock $85 + shipping.I called the next day to order it and b/c of all the trouble with getting the wrong piece I asked the salesman to check to make sure it was the correct one.He told me he would call me back but after waiting 2 days and no return call I found it elsewhere.I may have to give them a second chance but if they can`t return a phone call what does that say about thier customer service?Maybe it`s just more bad luck finding this part?

Torred, I hear what your saying about customer service, but on the otherhand this is a junkyard we're taking about.  Also my experience,(and I'm sure yours and many others on this board have found) that with many vendors in this hobby the customer service stinks.  But if you keep on them most times you get what you need or are looking for.  I know it is fustrating that they didn't call you back, but I would give it another try, since the part is so hard to find.  It just might be worth the extra effort.  Good luck in your part search.

I took a tour of a usp distribution center in colorado and I witnessed a that said fragile get dropped and kicked across the floor where it was picked up and thrown on to a the back of a delivery truck. Needless to say the employees didn't know we were under their station watching. I then decided to go with another company for my shipping needs.

I would recommend Muscle city Glass BUT They suck. lol Really, they do.
You'd have more luck trying to blow yourself. lol

That's sucks though mate, I'd like to say I know how you feel and that's partially true but even my hard to find parts are not 3-4 years!! I had trouble finding glass but it only took me a couple of months to find it, then 4-5 months to get it from Muscle city.....

I HATE Muscle City Glass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rather shop at Jims Auto (That's saying a lot).
