There aren't too many people who make aftermarket wheels for mopars that aren't a classic design.
To get a newer design you will more than likely have to go with a custom wheel or should have changed your hubs and axles to a different bolt pattern. Companies like Budnik, Fiske, and Bonspeed are a few places that do custom wheels. You usually can find info on their sites that will explain what measurements you need to take to get a proper fit. With aftermarket disks, one over looked measurement is the hub diameter. Most aftermarket front hubs are larger than stock and won't allow classic steel wheels to even slide on.
I am not familiar with A-bodies, so I couldn't say what a good backspacing measurement would be for the front. 4in is usually good on E-bodies. I would suggest going to a 15-inch wheel though. The selection for tires is much greater and the likely hood of any clearance issues with the calipers will be minimized.
