Wilwood Calipers
« on: November 24, 2005 - 09:20:48 PM »
Is anyone out there using wilwood calipers on their street car?  The reason I'm asking is 'cause I was wondering about dust seals on them.  Are there any or does it depend on the type of caliper?  I was talking to a Baer brakes rep. one time and he was saying Wilwood calipers were not legal or safe for the street because they lack any kind of dust seal.

the willwoods are really a race cailper , the other mod even if the brakes are kept clean 7 the pistons do not stick due to  dirt in them is that the tranfer steel line needs to be braced to prevent vibration either by wrapping in a rubber hose or filling the slot with silicone so the line doesn`t crack & fail
