start with the basics , with a large cam needs a lower rated power valve so take at vacuum reading at idle in gear & install a PV rated at least 1" lower , this will clean up the idle , also you may need to drill a small hole in the throttle plates on the center carb to allow the throttle plates to close enough to work with the idle tranfer slots
