Mounting Locations for 340?
« on: December 27, 2005 - 12:30:49 PM »
Okay.. I warned you in my introduction thread that I'd be asking some stupid Mopar questions.   Does it matter what holes I use to mount the engine on the stand?   My chevy block had lower lower holes that were threaded in the back of the block.   Do I dare use the lowest holes on the back of the block.   I'm afraid to put that much weight on the "ears".

Please don't use the "c" word here. Ha Ha :22yikes:
Use the bolt holes more towards the top and sides for even weight distribution.
