I would buy one as soon as they build them if it looks like these pictures. It would look great sitting next to my Gunmetal 71 Challenger RT. The way I see it if Mopar wants to build this they might as well give us the buyers what we want. The Challenger in the picture is the way I think it should be built so I won't have to complain about the looks of the new Mopar Cars.

Hey all, I just thought I'd mention that if we all want this car to exist in the near future, use that link MoparMan posted.  I received my e-mail from D-C today and they mentioned how they were glad I enjoyed the possible design of the new Challenger, but it's still up in the air as to what they'll actually do for a production model.  They did, however, mention that they will document my positive response, which may sway them enough to stick with the original design as long as enough people send them positive feedback. :jumping:  :worshippy

I truely hope they are listening guys, and not yanking your chain. I just remember the concept car I saw at Carlisle in 2004 of the Charger. What a beauty. Then the Charger came out, and UGH!!!  :dupe: :dupe: :dupe: Here are the pics of it, as I wished it was.

I figure if they got plenty hate-mail about the Charger then we should also let them know when they have what we want..

Why don't you put the link here just to make it easier for everyone to write them. Sure hope all the hype is true, keep this car around 30K or so and it will be a dream come true!! Especially with that bad boy 425 hp model.  :grinyes:  :woohoo:

I emailed D-C last night and got a response today, basically like Street said, they thanked me and said they haven't decided to build it yet, but hopefully they will listen if enough of us contact them.

OK folks.. Instead of sitting around the campfire singing to the choir, how about letting Chrysler know that you want this new Challenger, really bad..
I gave them my thumps-up a week ago..
