Greetings:another newbie checking in
« on: December 03, 2005 - 04:29:51 PM »
greetings: another newbie cheecking in. I'm from Boise,Id and have been  enjoying this site for some time now. I have a    71 FC7 cuda-340 with AT, A/C,PS PDB,ect (2 fender tags) and build sheet. Car is  #matching that I bought in 1977 for    $1200.00 . I drove it for awhile then wanted to do some street/strip action. Bored motor .030- purple shaft cam ect. After abusing it for awhile the tranny gave out and the car got parked in the garage. The last registration I have was 1984 ,( the same year I got married ).Anyway after starting a family, career, and all the car has been parked untill this summer.  After a lot of motivation from seeing all the great cars on this site I got mine running again. Only good thing about sitting so long is car only has 70,500 miles. The farther along I get the more questions I have and I know I can get them answerd here. Will post pictures when I fiqure out how( am techno challenged-and new to forums) Will be trying new stuff so thanks in advance for the help.               bentpshrods.i

Welcome to the forum!!  Good thing you bought that car in '77....cause it would cost you a heck of a lot more now!!  Enjoy the forum...let us know if you have questions.
