Anyone know a good source for an E-Body 4 speed floor hump?
« on: July 27, 2006 - 10:57:38 AM »
It appears that the genius that did the 4 speed conversion on my Challenger was, to put it gently, a bit of a shadetree mechanic.

Once I got under there to replace a leaking tranny seal I discovered  that the floor had been cut to hell and left ragged.

At some point that is going to need to be fixed.

<rant> It really doesn't need to be said, but I really hate half-assed mechanics. </rant>

Also, I'm assuming that the tranny has to be out of the car before grafting in this new piece...?

Don't know but it's all of the same stuff. How does Keisler sell their hump for $109.00
I got my Quarters even cheaper with a BEST OFFER deal on EBAY.  The guy had them dropped shipped from the supplier directly to my work dock.

I have one that was cut out of a parts car awhile back.  It has plenty of meat around the edges and still has the mopar part number on it.  It also has the console bracket still.  Any interest let me know.  I want 100 for it.
