First post here!
« on: December 04, 2005 - 03:31:01 PM »
Hey, guys, just found the site last night! This is great!  I am normally a Mustang guy (currently a 69 Mach 1, 428 CJ car, and a 68 GT fastback, 4spd, 427 car), but have messed with the MoPars a lot in the past.
I currently have a 69 Cuda Fastback, 318, PS, PB, A/C car, good solid project. 99K actual miles, but needs resto.
Anyway, thought I would say Hi!  I am hoping to find a 71 Duster 340, 4spd car. I bought one brand new, and drove it for 9 years before getting rid of it. Would like to trade my Cuda for one.
Anywhoo, that is my little story!!

Welcome Okiehog to one of the best MOPAR sites around!!  I like alot of different muscle cars but just prefer the ebodies!!  I am also fond of the a-bodies and sounds like you have a cool one!!  We also have a couple members here sporting an a-body so I would say  you will fit right in!   Hope you enjoy the site!! A group meet is scheduled for July in Pennsylvania for all members!

Welcome to the site and best of luck finding the A-body you want.  I'd love my next project to be a Duster or Demon.  They're light and can really haul when fitted with a built 340 or 440. :burnout:

Welcome Okie.  That red stang looks like my daughters boyfriends project.  He has a '68 fastback he is working on, plus a '67 Mustang GT convertible that he was using as his daily driver in the summer, but I let him date my daughter in spite of his Mustangs.  lol

Hey Okie, I see a late model Stang in the background. I too have a fox Mustang along with a couple of E-body Cudas. I am going to post a :picture: of my 93 Cobra just to let you know there is another Ford/Mopar guy here and hope that it doesn't offend too many Mopar folks.  :1zhelp:  BTW, I traded a 68 fastback Barracuda for E body parts several years. I may try to buy it back in the near future though. I always liked that car. Welcome...
