Is there a difference in the shifter handle with or without console in an E-Body?

Assuming you mean a 4 speed, I would think not. Just the boot might be different. I'm not sure, but that is a good question.

Ya, 4 speed. I thought I saw ads for the shifter handle w and w/o console. I don't see what the difference would be.

E body is the same with or without, 70 B body only uses a different handle with console vs without.

There are actually two different e-body shifters. The 70 style is a slip in style and the 72 -74 style is a bolt in style. Installed they look identical though.

The only diff should be the top plate on the console.
