Decode a fender tag

Can anyone decode this for me, I just bought the car today,  1974 Barracuda. VIN is  BS23G4B, I assume that is a 318 car.
Any way here is the tag:

Thanks KTO, I assume that took some time to look it all up, and I appreciate it! My daughter is gone for a week, and I don't know how to post pictures, or I would. CUDAMAN1970.... believe me this car is in bad shape! No rear end or leaf springs, no engine, or tranny. Major trunk and floor rust, but otherwise somewhat complete and I'm sure the CHEAPEST 74 bought this week at a mere $300. If anyone would like to post some photos and in the correct forum I would be glad to email them. Thanks guys!
