Irish Spring soap cut up and left around is supposed to work well for mice too. It sure smells a lot better than moth balls :eek4:

I have an old tom cat that hangs out in my garage. He is lazy, but he likes mice. He'll still go get em.   :cooldancing:   ...............Oldschool

You know I forgot to mention the dryer sheets. I just use charcoal as mentioned , but a freind of mine uses the seets in his cabin an swears by them!!

As for mice getting in... a mouse can get through a hole no larger than a nickle. Bats too, had a problem with those a few years back. Came home one nite to every light in the house on and the wife running out the back door like a scene from a low buget horror movie. I laughed my @$$ off!   :roflsmiley:

Thanks guys,.............dryer sheets and scrapings from soap, never heard of that before, but will definately put some out. I have not had a problem as yet, but another possible "cure" sure can't hurt. My biggest concern with mice is them chewing up the wiring and then possibly causing a short when you hook the battery back up and causing a fire. Thanks.

The stink is what gets me! Especially when they die in your car :puke:

Never had it in one of mine, but I have had to do some for customers.
