Good vendor for Challenger exhaust tips?
« on: January 02, 2006 - 06:54:08 AM »
I'm going to change from solid rear valance to cut-out version.  Any recommendations where to get the stainless steel exhaust tips?

Thanks in advance.

Keep an eye out on ebay, or check vendor ads.   These guys get these from probably a number of sources.   I bought a set on the last day of the nationals for $160.     Caught him as he was packing up and leaving.   Most anyone you bu these from buys them from whomever and wherever.    Once you have purchased they are through with you.     What you do need to know is that some are stainless and some are chrome plated.

If you're spending the money to do it right make sure you get stainless. The chrome ones will start to rust after a few months unless you keep them polished, been there done that. I bought my last set from TTI (stainless) and although they are expensive 5 years later they still look new.
