Question about 73 Cuda Bumpers
« on: January 04, 2003 - 09:37:35 PM »
Does anybody know what parts are needed to replace the front and rear bumper on my 73 Cuda to the style that does not use the filler strips.  I would like to replace my current painted ones with the 70-72 style, but need to know what would be involved to do this.  Mainly what parts/year of parts, including all the components to cover the holes in the rear valance.

Thanks,
Zeek

The 70-72 bumper brackets are the biggest part of what you need , 73-74 had beams behind the bumper that can be removed & with the earlier mounts it all lines up after removeing the filler pieces , can`t remeber how I covered the rear valance on my Chall it was 20 years ago!!  ??? ::)
