I put the harmonic balancer on my 440 tonight but i wasnt 100% sure it didnt have some kind of gasket or o-ring around the crank bolt to prevent oil seapage, i put it on without one but is there suppose to be something there or am i good as is?

You could use some thread sealant but other than that you're okay.
