I've heard a million and one stories about the origin of Mopar.  What is the real origin of Mopar?  How did Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth get the name Mopar?  Anyone know the "real" story?    :cooldancing:  ....Oldschool

MOPAR stands for motor parts.  That is where that came from.

For me it means:

Master
of
power
at
racing!

MOPAR (short for Motor parts) stood for the parts department at Chrysler.  Soooo since our cars are built from those parts . . . .  :smokin:
