I think $3,500 is a decent price. Wish I could score a Challenger for that.I know it needs work but you will not loose any money on your investment. Keep us posted with pictures of your progress and good luck.

Well guys it's not that I'm insane , just out of my mind! (been into mopars for 2 long :clapping: :clapping:) My eye tooth got in the way of my tounge... I couldn't see what I was saying! The point I was trying to make was that, how many times over the years have I spotted a good project candidate. Then you talk to the owner and ...I was gonna restore it someday ,(but no money to fix the sceen door and your gonna rstore a car????) someday Ill give it to my son(you'll be in prison long before that) ....I'm just waiting for the o'lladies check to come (get a job a$$hole!). So if ya see one for sale you gotta go for it if you got the cash! :money:
As for prices go to the copart website (I have info on this posted elsewhere on this site) There is a DESTORYED 71 chaaly convert-current bid is $2150 and the bidding goes live this thurs. Look @ the pic tell me what you think the car is worth. by the way its just a G code (motor) car!
blah blah blah... well time for my meds :bricks1: :banghead: :eek7: :dunno: :screwy:  ..... :ylsuper:

Well, I picked it up today for $3500.   :bananasmi I will post some pic's up tomorrow.  I think its going a be a lot of work, but a good project.  I plan on doing all the work myself unless I run into something that is really tough.  I will start to get everything off down to the shell for media blasting.  I will have a lot of questions along the way.

Here are some pic's.  The interior is completely out of the car.  The back seat looks to have remnants of the build sheet after rats or mice got to it.  The interior is about 85% complete.

Hey Rusty, you can look at page one of this thread.  The fender information was given in my initial post.  Don't let the pic's deceive you, there is a lot of rust to contend with.  A lot of sheet metal is going to be replaced making this a fun project.  :working:
