      Here I go again,  I thought I was being scammed on a car that I showed Rev.   I told the guy I wanted an address for the car so I could have someone look it over for me.  thinking it was a scam I didn't expect to hear back from the guy....  but he e-mailed me an address today  14611 Ventura Blvd.   Sherman Oaks   CA. 91403

    is anyone here near this or have a friend close enough to check on it for me ?   1971 Cuda  curious yellow 440
    with billboards. :picture:

    I called the local police and asked them if they could do a drive-by and that I would gladly send them a donation. the officer took
    my phone # and said they would try. they did say the address was valid.  Probably a scam, but worth looking into without spending
    much money

    I say its a scam, I did a google search on it and apperantly that address is a restaurant (read the bottom of the link) http://www.clayovenindiancuisine.com/
    I also google earth'd the address and it shows a business type street, with high traffic and multilanes.

    Well when I normally order from my local Indian restaurant I usually get the chicken curry with the side of Hemi Challenger and (2) Hemi Cudas to go....

    Well the restaurants address does say 14611 1/2.

    I live near that address. I could go take a look later this week when I get back in town. There is a classic car dealership on Ventura Blvd. I went there to see a Duster a while back. Don't know if it's the same address or not, but I could go take a look.
