2 Year Absence
« on: January 21, 2006 - 07:45:26 AM »
Hi everyone,

I am back after 2 years. I finally finished my shop. I have been visiting the website everyday learning things for the restoration of my 73 Challenger. This weekend I am actually going to start the dismantling process.

Man, this should be one hell of a resto.
Good to see your setting yourself up properly first.

Without working space you may as well work on 4th and 2nd.  :smokin:

Keep us posted (photos!!) oh and welcome back mate.  :naughty: :bananasmi

Glad to be back. The front floor pans, trunk floor and possibly full quarters need replacement.

It was originally a 318 car currently it has a 360. My preference would be a 440.

Original color was monotone Super Blue (B3). I am thinking of going the darkess metallic blue available for 73.

The interior was originally blue. When I bought the car it had been changed to black. As I have the panels for both colors I will need to determine which set is in better condition.

I'm not sure if the dash was suppose to be the same color as the interior panels. The dash is curenlty black.
