Best front 15" rim width for Challenger?
« on: February 17, 2006 - 07:09:14 PM »
Just bought a set of 15x10 Torq Thrust II's for the rear of my 71 Challenger.
The 15x10 rims will fit nicely under the car with my B body Dana rear.
Now I need to find a pair of rims for the front.
I'm not sure if I should go with 15x7 or 15x8?
Is there a certain back spacing I need?
What rim would fit the best and what size tire should I look at?
I would like to fit the biggest tire on the front without major rubbing.

Thanks.

I like the 245/60/15s on 7 inch rims (std Mopar backspacing).

 :iagree: I have 245/60's on a 15x7" wheel. 4.5" backspacing.
