real wood 4 spd pistol grip
« on: January 30, 2006 - 11:52:07 PM »
Just a thought to help cover my restoration costs...

I made a real nice custom Teak wood pistol hand grip for my 70 cuda. ( see Pics ).  would anyone else be interested in a custom pistol grip made for them?  I'm not in the business, but thought what the H_LL.  can't hurt to ask.  The handle is made of real teak, little fatter than stock, but feels good, connected w/ dowels, so there are no screw holes.

If you don't like them, you can send back.

Looks great. Can you make one to fit a slapstix auto on a 70 challenger?
Whats the cost?

Is it the same as a cuda automatic shifter handle.  If not, I'd have to have an actual handle to copy.  I do have an auto shifter handle for a cuda.  Let me know

That looks pretty sweet . . . been thinking about getting a pistol grip for the hardtop!!  That would be cool!!  Wonder if the linkage would be the same . .
