Very Cool story and boy or boy does it bring back alot of old memories.  My first job out of high school was pumping gas at a Sunoco station and YES 260 was 32 cents a gallon. My first Mopar was a 67 GTX I bough in 1973 and did alot of crusing and street racing and am happy to say have never lost a race back in the day...
