    I have a friend in WV who's Uncle has abandoned his Satellite.  I think it is 318 car and has not been driven in quite some time... guessing early seventies model.  dark brown.

    I'm sorry and mean no disrespect to anyone on this board . . . . but I have a hard time seeing the logic in leaving your or any car in the middle of a field to ROT????  Even that car is worth something to someone??  ???   ???   ???   Maybe its just me but I value my stuff way too much to let it just rot away??  :P  :P  :P

    but I will say that the quality of the pic is poor, but still yes I feel the same way.

    The car (if I understood correctly) is up for sale.  make an offer.

    the reason it sits there... they have NO money and do w/ what they have.  I asked and said he was willing to sell.

    the motor should be worth something.....

    Unfortunately, I don't think there is a big market for a 1974 318 2 bbl engine. This is sad because the car doesn't look rotted away or anything. For all we know, it could have 20,000 original miles on it. Heck, the uncle could just be stupid because of inbreeding :o Ooops, sorry to stereo-type about West Virginia ;D

    not sure... I have not seen it in person.  He is going to go on vacation next week.  I will get him to take better pics before or after he gets back.

    Looks like the whole quarter is rotten and I'm sure that rust in the tops of the fenders behind the headlights. I'd she's done boys :(
