A/C compoents for small block
« on: January 27, 2006 - 08:53:36 AM »
Hey everyone,

I need to get some A/C components for my 70 Challenger small block with 340.  I'm trying to stock up on these now before they become harder to find.

1) A/C Compressor and Lines
2) A/C Brackets and hold downs components
3) A/C Condensor unit (was this in the engine compartment or the interior?)
4) A/C Duct work inside car

If anyone can help out, I would appreciate it.

I have the entire box for under the dash with all components intact, and I have one box that was completely disassembled for parts as well, let me know if you're interested, I'll sell the whole lot.   Dave    Highflyer1101@aol.com   or   386-304-3117

I have the heater/AC box inside the car.  I'm not sure what AC components are in this box.  I'm needing most of the components under the hood.  Thanks for letting me know though.  I will keep you in mind if I pull the box and find problems.

:crying:  Could anyone give me a good source or some hints on where to look.  I am continuing to watch e-bay  :ebay:, but they don't come across to often.

Thanks, that sounds good.  I want to start getting these items before they really get hard to find.

I'm late getting here. If you don't find what you need, I have a compressor off a 70 Cuda SB with the brackets attached. It had to be discharged before removal and was filled with Re-frig oil and sealed up. It must have been re-built it was repainted, looks almost new...  I do have the lines under the hood & the Reciever/Dryer....

Robert, thanks for the components that I needed.  It was good talking to you about your different projects that you have.  Let me know about that 71 Roadrunner clone.  Thanks Mike
