This could be a pretty broad topic, but I was curious as to what engine builders where recommended and which ones to stay away from. I am not really concerned with location, but knowledge and customer service. For myself I am focused on Hemi builders that work with aluminum blocks and heads. Additionally interested in knowing how much experience they have with incorporating EFI and tuning. A couple of examples I was looking at was Mopar Engines West and Indy.
As a side note, does any one have any comments on the Indy aluminum blocks vs. Keith Black?
