I Called down to the police station to see why I haven't heard anything and I got the answering machine and it said mailbox full.
We have had 3 different police chiefs in the last 5-7 years and everthing seems to be in shambles.
The city council wants to put more energy into baseball parks and bears that had to be put down, than to why we were no.2 in murder rate last year or finally realizing we have a gang problem.
Outside of the Richmond City limits is fine and if it had happened 10 miles up the road in the county then he would of been arrested.

Glad to hear you got your car back. It's to bad nothing will probably be done about it. Another reason this country is going down the tubes.
