    1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

    Looks excellent! very nice color/work.
    When you painted the motor did you install spark plugs so paint doesnt get in the threads?
    My buddy painted his chevy 383 stroker with the plugs out and the car wouldnt run, he replaced everything. Eneded up being the paint on the spark plugs threads in the head . plugs werent getting a good ground. WEIRD

    No plugs when painted. Tought the plugs would stick out and just be in the way for the paint to get everywere. Thanks for the warning, I'll keep that in mind when installing the plugs

    Great progress on your car, congratulations.  I love the color green that you chose.  The only thing I would have done different would be to paint the engine that same green.  Otherwise she is going to be one bad ride when you are done. Which judging from your progress might me any minute now...lol

    Thanks guys! Things goes pretty good, only thing is that I've been waiting for my quarters for 3 months! :swear: Need those to get the paint on the car. Figure the engine will be in the car next week or the week after. Depends on how much spare time I have.
