PVC hose question- calling all original freaks
« on: February 26, 2006 - 09:11:18 PM »
For you "original freaks" and "correct geeks": I am putting correct hoses under the hood. Got numbered heater hoses and a PVC hose from Almost NOS in Wisconsin.

The PVC hose I took off was obviously not close to original and the new one is much longer (may mean nothing). But where is the hose routed from the valve cover until it goes into the nipple in back of the carb? There is a round plastic clip near the wiper motor that snaps into the firewall. Does the PVC hose get routed through there? Anybody got a picture of a correct setup? It's a Hemi. but I think any setup would probably be the same.

The picture shows the old hose just curving around to the back of the rear carb, but I don't think that was necessarily the way it is supposed to go. Thanks.
