I just saw on the news some guy was being cited for having one pack of firecrackers he gave his 9 yr. old son to light off and could face a fine of up to a 1,000 dollars.  :eek4:

TC, that's bizarre, California, perhaps the most liberal state in the union has laws such as that? Too much! Now take ole Ohio, you can get a license and sell them anywhere in the state, but they are illegal to possess. Why? ........Tax revenue on sales of course. But there will be many set off over the next few days, they just look the other way until someone complains enough or somebody gets hurt. Isn't politics fun?

They ain't legal here in Iowa. Most folks buy them in Missouri and set them off anyway.  :grinyes:
