    help with master cylider

    Changed from drum manual,? to disk manual.The master cylinder I bought is for power brakes.
    Is there any problem with that?If it is alright do you still use the rubber sleeve that goes on
    the push rod or do I have to buy a cylinder for a manual disk car?

    I'm pretty sure that it's the same master cylinder for manual or power disc brakes. Just dont try using a drum brake master on discs...not enough capacity in drum masters to actuate the calipers reliably.

    the power brake master will work fine IF it is a power disc master so that it doesn`t have the residual pressure valve in it
