    72 Challenger Wire Diagram

    Anyone have a wiring diagram for a 72 Challenger with a 318.   It has been swapped for a 383, but would like to start with the 318 digram first.  Both would be fantastic if there are any differences.

    The Challenger is a buddies at work.  I thought I would do some research for him.  I just found your site this morning and plan to let him know about it tonight.  I have printed the diagrams for him also.

    Thank you very much for the info.  I am sure he will become an active member on this site.

    Are you just looking for the engine wiring diagram? The only thing I can think of is the 383 will have the distributor in front of the engine, so you will need to lengthen the wires coming from the electronic ignition module.

    He talked about that last night at work.  I showed him the diagrams from the web site posted.  He didn't get to study them much but thinks those diagrams are just what the Doctor ordered.
