wheel well to door hinge partition?

While under my '70 Challenger changin' the fuel filter I got to looking around.
I noticed that from the wheel well I could see all of the door hinges. I could also see a threaded hole etc. that tells me there's probably a piece that goes in there.
What's it called and are they available? If so, from where?
Both sides are missing.

You must be talking about the fender spash shield.  I'll try to find you a pic. of what it looks like.

I just saw the one's flawed, so I wouldn't get these ones.  They're usually on eBay, so you should be able to find a better set.  I just wanted to show you what they look like in case you go to a show and see a pair or something.
