Man this stinks!!!  :stomp:

So what is your next course of action? Are you going after the body shop, or writing this off as a bad experience?

Well I emailed him earlier, and I just got a response........maybe there is a little hope left

I wrote,
I do not appreciate the fact that nothing was said about braking my front windshield. I understand that things like that can happen, but not a word said to me was not the "professional" way of going about it.
I have pics of my car going there with no cracks, and leaving cracked. Now I know why one was left out of the car, and the other "convienently" put in the car assuming it would be flatbedded with it in it. It wasn't.
When, and how will this be compensated?                       Thank you
                                                                                                       Jeff
He wrote,
I will get you a used windshield

They are.  Give this guy a shot.  He had listed on CCC a few years ago and still has windshields available. Richard Tankle at richardt@prosourceglassintl.com

Also, hindsight being 20/20, I hope you paid with AMEX.  Then you can dispute it and would probably get it back, since apparantly he broke the law in Mass.  Just start referring to him as the Defendant!  I do my former BS guy.
