Elasto bumper
« on: March 01, 2003 - 01:46:10 AM »
Where can I get my bumpers covered with the elastomeric coating?

Has anyone blasted the chrome off the bumper and done a prime and paint rather than the elasto coating?

Mike

yes- make sure you get past the chrome finish back down to the metal- take the dents out as usual- prime the metal and paint.

looks good!

I put in a post looking for repair - same guy but from what I hear I have the right spelling on his name.

======================================

OK, finally got pointed to someone who does limited repairs and as far as I know is the only one doing reproductions.

I hear the reproductions are around $650 with your core.
