Electrical Question
« on: April 30, 2006 - 02:43:30 PM »
Hi all, I've got a crazy question. I just ordered up a repop E-Body Big Block Battery Cable and was wondering where the heck does the fusible link on the cable go to? I thought it gets grounded but, I wanted to make sure on this. I looked through my wiring schematic or what I have of it and I can't find anything regrading this gray fusible link wire. It's 16 guage so I was just wondering?

It's not a fusible link.  It goes from the starter relay to the starter. Here's a wiring diagram that shows it.

Thanks guys I got what I needed to know at this point. Looks like I hooked up to the wrong place so I'll fix that.
