Horsepower from radiator

My be cool radiator is rated to 700 hp.......but i am going to order some aluminum heads that might flow more cfm to make more than 700hp...am i going to overheat? or is only when i am on it alot?

The radiator ratings are seat of the pants type things. Too much depends on what each engine does on it's own. An engine that runs hot can be from a lot of stuff. I'd say you're fine if your system works well now, knowing nothing about what you're planning.

Actually, there is a little bit to it because I had a summit rad rated at 350-400hp, and I couldn't keep the car cool no matter what I did. I called BeCool and order a new rad rated at or above 700hp, and I didn't change anything else and it did the trick. In fact, a lot of the time I can run just one of the fans instead of both now. Engine doesn't get above 190* with the new Rad

some radiators are verticle and some are horizontal,one will produce more cooling and air flow then the other.

I have great faith in BE COOL rads, I was having trouble with heat and these guys offered me a money back guarantee, no questions asked. They were correct with the rad size and all my troubles went away.    :blah: :blah:
